As we roll towards the second half of August, the Ibiza calendar is filling up fast, and there are plenty of events to enjoy during the hottest month on the island. Currently, most of the venues are open daily, and the most sought-after DJs stop by to deliver their best sets on the most infamous party island in the world.

Pyramid is all about the music, the energy, and dancing till the sun comes up. It's the kind of party that Ibiza does best. The Amnesia mega club has been home to the Chilean-born German-based minimal techno pioneer Ricardo Villalobos for more than 20 years, and he usually makes a few appearances in Ibiza under its roof.
Since its sister venue Cova Santa opened its doors, Villalobos has also carried out daytime sets, usually as an afterparty. Everybody knows that it’s going to be a party when Ricardo Villalobos is involved. Mercury Rising Opening Party | Pikes | Monday, August 15
Disco music and Balearic spirit await you with DJ Harvey and his popular party Mercury Rising this Monday at Freddies.
Harvey Bassett has created a great gathering of pure Ibicencan hedonism mixed with feel-good house party vibes. He started the party in 2014, although he came to the island in 1990 and became the leading man at the legendary Pikes hotel in San Antonio. The second of three absurdly fun outdoor rendezvous at Ushuaïa this summer is happening mid-week this Wednesday afternoon. Always coming with a colorful theme, the elrow brand features El Rowcio, filling the dancefloor full of fun, flamenco, and fiesta with typical elements from the famous Spanish Feria de Abril in Seville. The DJs in charge of this evening are Wade, Cloonee, Tini Gessler, and Amedeo Picone. Thursdays with Rhadoo | Ibiza Underground Club | Thursday, August 18
Radu Bogdan Cilinca, aka Rhadoo, is a Romanian DJ and producer associated with both DC10 and Cocoon in Ibiza. He was one of the first artists to fly the flag for electronic music in Romania, making his debut as a DJ in 1995 at Club A and Studio Martin in Bucharest.
Radu (often accompanied by Raresh, Petre Inspirescu, and always supported by Ricardo Villalobos) has brought the Romanian sound known as rominimal—Romania’s answer to underground minimal techno—to the island, a style of music that has gained much recognition in recent years. Eric Prydz' only Ibiza show this summer is happening at the end of this week, outdoors at Ushuaïa. The Swedish dance music icon is responsible for some of the biggest tracks of the last decade and creates some of the most visually impressive live shows in dance music. The Pryda Recordings boss is not new to the island—he held a headline residency at Hï in 2017 for two consecutive years.
