Overview

RUN THAT SH*T BACK, SOSA! We are elated to welcome back one of Liverpool’s finest house acts to New York! Last time SOSA came through, he delivered two sold-out performances at the Roof and Room of Superior Ingredients. Now, we anticipate nothing less than another sold-out show at one of the one and only Ruins at Knockdown Center, on July 26th!

Known in the circuit as Jay Bradford, SOSA has made his music and brand known in the music industry with his signature fusion of invigorating drums and catchy basslines. His breakthrough track "DFCW," which dropped in 2019, set off a remarkable surge, blowing away house music fans and prominent figures like Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi, and The Martinez Brothers.

Since that pivotal moment, SOSA has been banging out hits after hits, including popular tracks like "Your Love" and "It’s Time To Move," while also launching his record label, COCO. This label has turned into a hub for the underground house music scene, featuring talented and rising stars from across the globe.

SOSA's COCO parties in the UK have also been stirring up excitement, especially his Liverpool event with its innovative 360-degree dancefloor encircling the DJ booth, creating a must-experience atmosphere that leaves attendees yearning for more.

His performances have been witnessed on legendary dance floors such as Creamfields, Space Miami, Red Rocks, Paradise Ibiza, elrow, and Inner Love Fest, leaving a lasting impression on the house music scene.

Additionally, SOSA's collaboration with Cloonee on the track "Weeping Willow," released on Cloonee's Hellbent Records, has surged across 40 Beatport charts. His joint effort with Latmun and Iglesias on "DFCW," under Sola Records, also climbed the peaks of Beatport's tech house charts, proving his knack for producing hits with other leading talents in the industry.

The Ruins at The Knockdown Center

James Wyler, hailing from New Jersey and now based in North Carolina, has developed a distinctive production style that fuses jazz, drums, and hip-hop with Romanian minimal grooves, marking him as a notable figure in minimal tech. He has gained recognition from industry icons like Michael Bibi and the Martinez Brothers, and boasts releases on Solid Grooves Raw and Deeperfect.

With new tracks soon to drop on labels like Rawthentic and Binary, James is poised for a significant breakthrough in the music scene. He performed at major venues including the Santa Monica WAREHOUSE project and the Secret Grove Festival, among other iconic locations.

Sharing the stage with the Liverpool headliner SOSA, is Romanian DJ and producer, Mahony, known for his dynamic Bucharest beats. A former Kristal Club resident and a staple at the Sunwaves festival, Mahony has earned acclaim for his epic sets and tracks on labels like Vatos Locos and Mindshake. His distinct taste in music led to the creation of his own label, "Take Notes," focusing on house and minimal dance music. Recently, he rocked stages at MMW Planet X with Ben Sterling, Mirror Box ADE, Solid Grooves at DC-10, Music On x Loveland, and more.

Dive into SOSA's signature grooves at one of New York's most unique venues: a vast concrete patio surrounded by century-old structures, remnants of the factory's old boiler room. With summer days glistening upon us, we'll dance until the wheels fall off!

Circle the date and get ready for an epic party that is promised to be one for the books. Bring your dancing shoes, wear something fun, and we will see you on the dance floor!
