has emerged as a defining force in electronic music. Founded by Italian DJ duo

(Anyma)—the brand was born out of a desire to create more than just another club night. What began as an idea to transform typical nightlife experiences evolved into something much deeper: a sonic and visual journey that transcends ordinary boundaries and connects with people on a visceral level.

The first chapter of Afterlife unfolded at

during the summer of 2016. Space, already legendary in its own right, became the launchpad for Afterlife’s unique vision. From the very first night, it was clear that this was something different.

Attendees weren't just dancing—they were immersed. Sweeping visuals, meticulously curated sound, and an atmosphere thick with emotion set the stage for what would soon become a global phenomenon. In a sea of club nights, Afterlife stood out by offering more than just music; it delivered an experience that lingered long after the last track faded out.

The closure of Space Ibiza in late 2016 could have been a major setback. Instead, it marked a pivotal moment. For its 2017 season, Afterlife relocated to

—then the largest nightclub in the world. With its towering ceilings and expansive layout, Privilege became a playground for Tale Of Us to expand their vision.

This was not just a venue shift; it was an escalation. With more space came grander productions, larger installations, and an even deeper commitment to blurring the lines between music, technology, and art. The move to Privilege solidified Afterlife's reputation as more than just a party—it became an experience that challenged the very concept of what a nightclub event could be.

In 2018, Afterlife found its next home at

, a sleek, state-of-the-art venue that fit perfectly with the brand's evolving ethos. With its cutting-edge sound systems and immersive design, Hï Ibiza became the ideal setting for Afterlife's audio-visual storytelling. Here, the journey continued, with Tale Of Us pushing the scale and depth of their productions even further. Massive LED screens, surreal light shows, and enveloping soundscapes transformed the venue into a living, breathing experience where every corner pulsed with life.

But Afterlife was never just about Ibiza. As its reputation grew, so did its reach. What began on a single island soon stretched across continents. Afterlife events popped up in major cities across South America, the US, the Middle East, and Europe. These shows carried the same ethos of sonic exploration and visual immersion, proving that the spirit of Afterlife could resonate far beyond its island origins.

A prime example of its global reach was the presentation of Anyma's "The End of Genesys" residency at the

, which ran from February 27th to March 2nd, 2025. Following an extraordinary run of eight sold-out nights as the first electronic music residency at Sphere, the final shows marked the end of this groundbreaking series.

Anyma, the multidisciplinary project led by Matteo Milleri, showcased a blend of music from the critically acclaimed albums

, alongside new material and high-caliber visuals. These performances, driven by futuristic themes and ethereal aesthetics, captivated audiences with their boundary-pushing displays of sound and technology.

The Sphere itself became a perfect home for Afterlife's vision. Known for its towering 366-foot-tall structure and 580,000 square feet of fully programmable LED panels, the venue redefines what a live show can be. Afterlife's events at the Sphere are a representation of its commitment to immersive experiences, leveraging cutting-edge technology to transform electronic music into something that feels almost tangible. Attendees are submerged in waves of light and sound that stretch across its massive screens, creating an almost surreal connection between the music and the audience.

The event calendar is packed with standout locations, including the much-anticipated

at Cenote Zamna on January 4th and 6th, and Afterlife Festival Mexico City at Hipódromo de las Américas on May 9th and 10th, 2025. Additionally, Afterlife will mark its presence at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya for the Afterlife Festival Barcelona on June 13th and 14th, 2025. Each event is crafted to be more than just a party—it’s a transformative experience, blending music, art, and technology on a global scale.

Even as it grew, Afterlife never lost touch with its roots. Ibiza remains its spiritual home, a place where the brand’s identity is most fully realized. Every summer, the island's unique energy breathes life into each Afterlife event, reminding everyone why it began there in the first place.

The journey continues with Anyma's next residency at

, running every Tuesday from July 8th to August 26th, 2025. This series brings Anyma's full-spectrum artistry to the world's first Hyperclub. [UNVRS], created by Yann Pissenem, Owner, Founder, and CEO of The Night League, blends high-end luxury with arena-scale production.

A viral video of a UFO over Es Vedrà introduced this groundbreaking venue, setting the stage for Anyma's deep dive into sound, emotion, and visual storytelling. [UNVRS] redefines nightlife, merging music, technology, and futuristic architecture into a seamless universe.

Today, Afterlife stands as a global symbol of forward-thinking electronic music. It's more than a brand; it's a journey—an exploration of sound and sight that lingers long after the night ends. For those who step into the world of Afterlife, it’s not just an event. It's an experience that leaves a mark, a reminder that music, when paired with vision, can take you somewhere truly extraordinary.
