, the Iranian American artist who alongside Sharam helped define the sound of house and techno for an entire generation. Joining them is Swedish artist

Deep Dish has a deep connection to New York, holding a residency at the legendary Twilo during its peak years, a venue that helped shape the city’s club culture and has recently reopened over two decades later.

Deep Dish first broke through with their 1998 album

, a release that shifted the pulse of dance music with its fusion of deep house, Chicago techno, jazz tinged grooves, and rich atmospheres.

Make The World Go Round - Deep Dish Radio Edit

Tracks like “The Future of the Future (Stay Gold)” featuring Tracey Thorn and “Stranded” became global favorites, while their Grammy winning remix of Dido’s “Thank You” and reworks for Madonna and Janet Jackson cemented their reputation as leading producers. They are also Grammy Award winners, a rare achievement for artists rooted in the underground.

Party All The Time

After separating in 2006 to pursue solo careers, with Dubfire rising as a major name in techno, they reunited in 2014 and have since brought Deep Dish back with new music and standout sets.

Sharam also made his mark with the dance club version of “Party All the Time,” built around Eddie Murphy’s vocals, which became a generational club banger.

Joining Deep Dish is Julia Sandstorm, a Stockholm born DJ, producer, and vocalist now based in Los Angeles. With a global touring schedule, she has shared the stage with Rüfüs Du Sol, Diplo, Swedish House Mafia, Bob Moses, LCD Soundsystem, and Vintage Culture. Her recent run includes sets at Pacha Ibiza, Red Rocks, Burning Man, Cova Santa, Snow Lodge Aspen, and Electric Zoo, along with a guest mix on SiriusXM’s Femme House via Diplo’s Revolution channel.

Pierre Zet is a New York based DJ known for sets across top venues like Avant Gardner and Superior Ingredients. With a background in classical training and a strong presence in the local scene, he brings both musical depth and a strong connection to the community.

Their night at 99 Scott is a chance to experience artists whose influence can still be heard across dance floors today. Expect a journey through the sounds that made them icons, from deep and driving selections to soulful moments that define the Deep Dish sound.
