Get ready, New York — Gray Area is bringing the heat back to Brooklyn with a Grayscale rooftop takeover featuring three undeniable forces in house music: Todd Terry, Murphy’s Law, and Ruze. This is more than just a party — it’s a multi-generational celebration of groove, rhythm, and everything that makes house music timeless.

Todd Terry, the Grammy-nominated godfather of house, Brooklyn OG, needs no introduction. With a career spanning decades, Todd has continuously defined and redefined dance music culture, from remixing the global hit “Missing” by Everything But The Girl to tearing up the world’s most iconic dance floors. His legacy is deeply rooted in New York, and his return to the city that raised him is nothing short of poetic.

Joining Todd is Murphy’s Law, the brother duo from Leicester making serious noise across the global scene. With support from titans like Jamie Jones, Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola, and airplay on BBC Radio 1, these two bring a high-energy blend of house and tech house that oozes soul and swing. Their productions have landed on heavyweight labels like Ministry of Sound, Kaluki, Bamboleo, and Deeperfect, and their official remix of Christina Aguilera’s “Ain’t No Other Man” has been tearing up dance floors thanks to heavy support from Jamie Jones. Their debut at Amnesia Ibiza marked a pivotal moment, and now they’re bringing that same energy stateside.

Completing the lineup is Ruze, one of Beatportal’s “Ones to Watch” and one of the most talked-about rising acts in the scene. Known for their punchy percussion, soulful vocals, and infectious basslines, the Birmingham duo have taken the charts by storm. Their Journey LP on PIV Records reached No. 1 across all Beatport genres in just two days, with singles like “Mister DJ” and “Trip” gaining major traction on Traxsource and BBC Radio 1. Their music held top chart spots for over three months, proving they’re not just rising — they’re here to stay.

Joining the Gray Area decks is California’s rising export, Shifty — the duo of Ethan Ramos and Drey Despot. Hailing from Huntington Beach, they blend disco, soul, funk, and jazz into a fresh, nostalgic house sound that’s turning heads across the scene. With releases on labels like House Hats and North of Neptune, and support from heavyweights like Jamie Jones, MEDUZA, and Marco Carola, Shifty are quickly carving out their space in clubs around the globe. Keep an eye on this duo — they’re just getting started.

America Rose, a Bay Area-born, New York-based DJ and curator known for her epic sets and community-driven approach to nightlife, joins the knob turning extravangaza. With a sound that spans everything from house and disco to jungle, UKG, baile funk, and ghetto house, her electric and eclectic style brings a unique energy to every room. Having shared lineups with artists like Traxman, DJ Spinn, Q Tip, and Joy Anonymous, and played iconic NYC venues like The Box, Jupiter Disco, and Public Hotel, America Rose is a force pushing culture forward on the dance floor.
