is back in New York on The Roof of Superior Ingredients. We've been consistently blown away by her unparalleled skills behind the decks when we've had her at Quantum, elrow, and on OCHO. And we couldn't be more excited to have her help us kick off the weekend high above Brooklyn with a glorious sunset painting the sky across the Manhattan skyline. Joining her for a day of delicious beats are UK deep tech talent

After Jamie shuts The Roof down, we're moving the party inside The Room for another incredible show! So, whether you missed out on tickets to the shenanigans on The Roof or you just can't get enough and need to keep the vibe alive, we've got you covered. J. Worra and Iglesias will be taking us into early Saturday morning, and we've got some special guests lined up as well.

So, if you missed out on your chance to see J. Worra and Iglesias tear up the dancefloor for their sold-out show, don't fret because They will both be playing again inside. These 12-hour marathons are becoming a Gray Area tradition!

2022 has been a landmark year for J. Worra, with major club bookings across the nation and international tours in Europe with

and in Australia and New Zealand as a solo headliner. 2023 promises to be even bigger, with a string of releases on Ultra, Ninja Tune, and a debut album in the works. She's lined up to grace the stages of all your favorite festivals, but we've got her for a more intimate affair, doing it the Gray Area way in Brooklyn.

J. Worra continues to impress the dance music world with her classic Chicago meets new school tech approach to house music. As her story continues to be written, a more reflective side of J. Worra has emerged marrying her trademark sticky basslines with syrupy sweet vocals and wavy melodics.

J. Worra's exclusive set for OCHO by Gray Area on Diplo’s Revolution - January 2022.

Even before being named the 2019 Breakthrough Music Producer of the Year by DJ Mag, J. Worra's technical abilities, trademark swag, and imitable ability to create body grinding beats were well known. Her performance in December at Rowsattacks! in New York was a showstopping moment, proving once again why she's rocked major festivals like EDC and Coachella as well as every major club in the US.

She discovered house music in Chicago and, while she may LA-based, brings a hint of that classic vibe to everything she does. Her dynamic catalog includes releases on labels like Higher Ground, Realm, Sweat It Out, and Sink or Swim. And her remixes for GRiZ, Gorgon City, and deadmau5 have elevated their work to new heights.

J. Worra - Exclusive Set for OCHO by Gray Area [1/2022] by Gray Area

Releases like 2022's "Lose My Mind," "Love Boy," and "Lightning To Strike" prove her ability to find the sweet spot between the nostalgia of deeper more emotional house sounds, and the bass-forward bangers she built her brand on.

have called on her for remix work. Her work can convert even the most fevered bass music fan into a house head for life. And she's continued to have praise reigned on her from industry luminaries like

Lightning To Strike

As a DJ Jamie's skills are not just well documented, they are absolutely undeniable. A fixture of the US club and festival circuit, she's a regular on stages large and small from

The world-class talent doesn’t end at our spectacular headliner. We’ve locked in some incredible talent to get the party started. Between performing globally at hotspots like Egg London and Hi Ibiza, releasing on labels like Paco Osuna’s Mindshake Records, and running Woodlands Studio, where he works with the likes of Max Chapman, Latmun, and Detlef, UK talent Iglesias has built quite a brand for himself. All the while, he’s remained dedicated to artistic integrity and put the music above all else.

Brooklyn, stand up. It’s L’Essentiel 155 and we’re proud to bring on AKKI, the Aussie who’s carved her own place in the boroughs and beyond. Humbling house heads with her mature selects and ear for eclectics, we’re feverish to hear what comes next from this talent who’s already opened for Alesso, ACRAZE, and more. Alongside her Midnight Snack series promoting female and nonbinary identifying artists, AKKI herself has an upcoming 23by23 remix of J. Worra’s ‘You feat. Cat Connors’ coming out soon on Club Sweat. All this and summery sunset vibes, music and meds, groove and mood right here...right now.
