Norwegian superstar Kygo returns to Ushuaïa Ibiza in 2025 for a sun-drenched seven-week Sunday residency, running from July 20 to August 31. Known as the pioneer of tropical house, Kygo brings his signature melodic sound back to the island, fusing beachside serenity with global chart-topping energy.
This year's concept takes inspiration from Kygo’s visually stunning world tour, with Ushuaïa’s open-air stage set to reflect natural elements like cloud, desert, and water. Expect dreamy lighting, immersive visuals, and those signature piano melodies drifting across the Playa d’en Bossa breeze.
Kygo’s connection to Ibiza runs deep. He first played Ushuaïa in 2016, and quickly became a fixture on the island’s summer circuit, returning for one-off appearances and eventually his first full residency in 2022. That debut run was met with critical acclaim and sold-out crowds, establishing him as one of the few artists to bridge the mainstream and underground scenes while maintaining the chilled-out essence that Ibiza is known for.
This summer, Kygo curates a dynamic lineup that blends global stars with rising names. Big room favorites like Afrojack, Galantis, and Oliver Heldens are locked in, alongside more refined selectors such as Matt Sassari, Klangkarussell, and Frank Walker. Vocalist HAYLA, known for her soaring contributions to melodic house anthems, will also join for select performances.
Austin Millz brings his genre-blending, groove-heavy sound; Xandra adds a euphoric, synth-driven edge; and Sam Feldt delivers a sunlit twist on future house. It’s a celebration of everything Kygo stands for - warmth, accessibility, and emotional resonance - set within one of the most iconic venues in the world.
