Big Gigantic have been pioneers since day one. They always take their considerable talent as live instrumentalists and combine it with their deep and unfettered love of electronic music into an unforgettable experience both live and on the record.

On the one hand, they are proficient enough with their chosen instruments of saxophone and drums to rival even the most respected jazz musicians. On the other, they bring that musical sensibility to craft truly intuitive electronic sounds that span numerous subgenres.

The project consists of members Dominic Lalli and Jeremy Salken. Based out of Denver Colorado, which is a city that is slowly and surely building its reputation as a hotspot for musical amalgamation, and Lalli and Salken are a huge reason why.

The duo first came to be back in 2009 with their debut album, 

, and they have remained independent to this day through six full-length albums and dozens of singles and EPs while also collaborating with fellow alternative artists like GRiZ and NGHTMRE.

, which hauls in another impressive list of guest artists. Everyone from the R&B-singer-turned-EDM-vocalist-extraordinaire, Aloe Blacc, to the soul songstress MOONZz, to the Chicago-born MC, Mick Jenkins all make an appearance on the record.

With this kind of universal appeal, their music has been tapped by numerous brands and television networks including Apple, Wimbledon, NASCAR, NBA, HBO, and Fox, also landing placements in movie trailers like Valerian and Dirty Grandpa.

Their list of festival performances rivals any other prominent act in the game with bookings at  Coachella, Lollapalooza, ULTRA Music Festival, Hangout Music Festival, Electric Forest, and Bonnaroo. Not to mention for the last ten years they’ve sold out Red Rocks in their home of Denver for their Rowdytown headlining show.

With a name like Big Gigantic it’s clear these guys are reaching for the stars, and soon they might have to add another adjective given how massive they’re growing.
