Afrodise & Moots

This summer, Cova Santa introduces Afrodise & Moots, a fresh Afro House residency curated by DJs Aaron Sevilla and Claudia León. Originating in Madrid and refined through performances in Mykonos and Tulum, the event promises a fusion of ancestral rhythms and contemporary beats, creating a unique musical journey.

The residency unfolds over ten Thursdays: May 22; June 5 and 19; July 3, 17, and 31; August 14 and 28; and September 11 and 25. Each event runs from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, starting in the open-air garden and transitioning into the indoor club as the night progresses.

Aaron Sevilla, a Mexican DJ and producer, is known for blending Afro and Latin influences, crafting productions and live sets with intense percussion and contagious vocals. Since 2021, he's topped charts, including #1 in Afro House and Afro Latin on prominent electronic music platforms. Sevilla has taken his sets to renowned festivals and clubs, including BPM Festival and Ibiza’s top venues.

Claudia León, born in Havana, Cuba, and now residing in Madrid, has worked tirelessly to earn a notable position in the electronic music industry. She has demonstrated her talent and drive in every performance, delivering outstanding shows at venues such as Pacha Ibiza, Brunch in the Park, Mad Cool, and Space of Sound. Her Afro-Cuban style, characterized by elegant and energetic sounds, has made her a standout in the electronic music scene.

Afrodise & Moots stands out in Ibiza's party scene by offering a deep, soulful alternative to mainstream events. Its emphasis on Afro House rhythms and cultural fusion resonates with attendees seeking a more meaningful and connected experience.
