Shimza & Co: A New Afro House Residency at Chinois Ibiza
This August, South African DJ and producer Shimza brings his signature Afro House sound to Ibiza with Shimza & Co, a new Friday night residency at Chinois Ibiza. Running every Friday from August 8 to August 29, 2025, the series promises a month-long celebration of African electronic music, featuring a curated lineup of international artists.
Shimza, known for his deep, hypnotic blends of Afro House and Afro Tech, has previously introduced his Kunye brand to Ibiza, aiming to spotlight African electronic music on the global stage. With Shimza & Co, he continues this mission, inviting a diverse array of talent to join him under the disco ball at Chinois.
The residency's lineup includes notable names such as Andrea Oliva, Kitty Amor, Tripolism, Dennis Ferrer, Arodes, Antdot, Mila Rose, Le Yora, Zakes Bantwini, Stofella, &Friends, and Darque.
