British producer wAFF has risen from underground clubs to some of the most prestigious labels and stages across the world. His enthusiasm and crisp production made tracks like 

” bonafide dance floor scorchers. In the decade since he first came onto the scene, he’s become a globally renowned artist in house and techno.

While many fans may associate wAFF’s entry into the dance music scene with his 

 EP, he actually began his hand at music long before that. As a teen, he spent hours perfecting his craft on the production software FruityLoops. A creative by all accounts, wAFF also comes from a background in acting and dance. He says he may, some day, return to the latter. When 

was released to Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations label in 2012, the East Yorkshire-raised DJ was finally taking his step into the limelight.

As a successful club night promoter, wAFF also established the popular club night Koala in his hometown of Hull, which featured an array of guests including Matt Tolfrey, Jordan Peak and more. He eventually brought a taste of Koala down to Ibiza for a couple of seasons, putting on a number of boat parties which were also hits. He made regular appearances at Jamie Jones’ Paradise showcases at DC-10 in Ibiza, as well as Elrow at Amnesia. Now based in London, wAFF is the only UK artist to record for all three of the European behemoth techno imprints, Sven Väth’s Cocoon, Adam Beyer’s Drumcode and Loco Dice’s Desolat.


A few years back, wAFF felt his musical career being pushed in a new direction. He began to give himself more artistic freedom, allowing himself to “be a bit more techno, a bit more European-sounding.” In 2022, he debuted his own record label, Nature. He kicked off the new imprint with a three-track EP of his own productions, 

Also an adamant vegan and reiki enthusiast, wAFF says his new label will regularly donate a portion of profits to animal charities.
