Since bursting onto Ibiza's scene in 2013,

has become more than just a party—it has grown into one of the island's most beloved underground brands and a international symbol of cutting-edge house and techno culture. Originally conceived as a party for the workers of the island, ANTS tapped into a raw, authentic spirit: one that prioritized the people who keep the island running during its frenzied summer seasons. While

hosts many renowned events, ANTS stands out for offering an experience that is both rooted in community and devoted to forward-thinking dance music.

From its earliest days, ANTS made its mark with afternoon-to-night events that transformed the iconic Ushuaïa beachside venue into a playground of heavy grooves, deep basslines, and sharp-edged tech sounds. Each Saturday, the Playa d'en Bossa hotspot fills with a crowd that knows to show up early: there’s something special about dancing poolside under the afternoon sun, surrounded by like-minded music lovers. As the sun dips, the production shifts gears, bringing in massive stage designs, hypnotic visuals, and the now-famous ANTS morph-suited dancers, turning the open-air space into something truly immersive.

The ANTS lineup has always been a major part of its success. Rather than simply booking headliners for name recognition, ANTS has consistently showcased a lineup blending respected veterans, emerging talent, and local favorites. Regulars like

, a name almost synonymous with the brand, have long served as the event's guiding force, while artists like

continue to add weight to the roster. But what truly makes ANTS thrive is its ability to weave in newer voices and future stars, keeping the music program fresh, unpredictable, and deeply connected to the pulse of the underground.

What began as a Saturday Ibiza staple quickly grew into a global phenomenon. ANTS has successfully exported its experience to leading festivals and clubs around the world, including

, Snowbombing, Extrema Outdoor, Dreamfields Festival, Miami Music Week, and the legendary

in London. These takeovers are not just a copy-paste of the Ibiza template but are adapted and designed to fit each destination, creating something that feels tailored yet unmistakably ANTS. This touring arm of the brand has given it a foothold across continents, amplifying its presence and connecting its "colony" of fans worldwide.

The visual identity of ANTS is one of its strongest calling cards. With the ant as its central symbol, the brand leans into the idea of a collective, a hardworking group moving as one to build something bigger. This metaphor is echoed not only in its artwork and marketing—where massive ant installations pop up around the island during summer to remind visitors of the upcoming parties—but also in the staging, which frequently reimagines the Ushuaïa space through elaborate themes. Past editions like the Fritz Lang-inspired "Metropolis" or the sci-fi B-movie "ANTS Invasion" have shown how seriously the production team takes world-building, crafting environments where music, visuals, and atmosphere come together seamlessly.

In 2023, ANTS celebrated its 10th anniversary, marking a decade of parties, tours, and artistic evolution. This milestone saw the introduction of new talent through the ANTS: NEXT GEN competition, a project designed to spotlight the next wave of underground artists. It wasn't just a celebration of the past; it was a clear signal that the brand is looking ahead, actively shaping what comes next. Even with global recognition, ANTS remains rooted in its original ethos: creating a space where underground music is not just played but lived and breathed.

Looking ahead to 2025, ANTS returns to Ushuaïa Ibiza for a massive 23-week residency under the theme "ANTS METALWORKS." Running from May 3 to October 4, the season promises an intense fusion of sound and spectacle. Expect towering structures, futuristic production elements, and a diverse lineup spanning house, tech house, and techno. The confirmed artist roster already includes heavyweight names such as Adam Beyer,

, and many more. Residents Andrea Oliva and Raul Rodriguez will once again be at the helm, ensuring continuity while guiding the series into new territory.

Beyond the Ibiza season, ANTS has a busy winter tour lined up. Kicking off at Tulum's lush

on January 7, 2025, the tour will continue through Laroc Club in São Paulo, Melbourne's 170 Russell,

. This series of global stops reflects ANTS' ongoing ambition to bring its underground ethos to new audiences, adapting each event to fit local flavors while maintaining its unmistakable identity.

What makes ANTS stand out is how it balances massive scale with underground credibility. The production is world-class, but the music remains firmly rooted in the sounds that thrive away from the mainstream. The community feeling is real: whether you’re dancing in Ibiza, Brazil, Australia, or Bali, you’re part of the same colony, united by a love of deep grooves and expertly curated sets. It’s this blend of scale, taste, and authenticity that keeps ANTS at the forefront of club culture.

For music lovers, ANTS isn’t just another party on the circuit—it’s a ritual. A place where you come early, stay late, and immerse yourself fully in the energy. A brand that has grown but never strayed from its roots, ANTS is a representation of what can happen when a clear vision, strong community, and a deep respect for music come together. As it heads into another packed year, one thing is clear: the colony shows no signs of slowing down.
