Tony Touch

Funkbox NYC is a long running house music institution rooted in New York’s dance floor culture. Founded and led by Tony Touch, the party was built for dancers first, with a focus on raw, soulful, and deep house in its purest form.

Guided in part by the legacy of the late Voodoo Ray, Funkbox has welcomed some of the most respected names in house music while maintaining a loyal community that shows up week after week. With no frills and no pretension, it remains a space where the music leads and the crowd follows, connecting generations of clubgoers through a shared love of the sound.

At its core is Tony Touch, a New York mainstay whose influence spans decades across hip hop, house, and radio. His ability to move between worlds while staying rooted in the culture has shaped Funkbox into more than just a party. It is a reflection of the city itself, where different sounds, scenes, and people come together on one floor.

Over the years, Funkbox has extended beyond New York, bringing its energy to dance floors across the country while staying grounded in the same principles it was built on. It remains a space for those who come for the music, stay for the feeling, and return for the community.
