Deep Dish burst into the spotlight with their iconic 1998 album Junk Science, which was a breath of fresh air in dance music. The album’s mix of deep house, Chicago techno, and jazz-tinged soul struck a chord with fans and critics alike, earning them Album of the Year honors. Tracks like The Future of the Future (Stay Gold) featuring Tracey Thorn and Stranded became essential staples of the scene, and their remixes for Madonna, Janet Jackson, and Dido became timeless dancefloor anthems. They even bagged a Grammy for their remix of Dido's Thank You, further making their mark in the pantheon of dance music giants.

Although Deep Dish parted ways in 2006, both Dubfire and Sharam continued to push forward in their solo careers, with Dubfire establishing himself as a formidable force in techno and tech-house. In 2014, Deep Dish made their long-awaited reunion, and since then, they’ve been making waves with new material.
