This May, he takes over Industry City, Brooklyn’s historic waterfront campus. Originally built as Bush Terminal in the early 1900s, the 35-acre industrial complex once served as one of the largest multi-tenant manufacturing and shipping hubs in the United States. Today, it houses over 650 companies across design, tech, manufacturing, and culture, while hosting large-scale events inside its restored factory buildings.
