His catalog includes remixes for RÜFÜS DU SOL, WhoMadeWho, Monolink, and Mahmut Orhan himself, placing him firmly within the same global circuit. With a rapidly growing international presence and a debut at Coachella in 2026, Maxi brings a strong and complementary sound to the night at Industry City.

As a producer, songwriter, and vocalist, Mary Jane brings a layered and groove-focused sound that adds depth to the night.

This May, Mahmut takes over Industry City, Brooklyn’s historic waterfront campus. Originally built as Bush Terminal in the early 1900s, the 35-acre industrial complex once served as one of the largest multi-tenant manufacturing and shipping hubs in the United States.

Today, it houses over 650 companies across design, tech, manufacturing, and culture, while hosting large-scale events inside its restored factory buildings.

Expect a full-scale late-night production inside one of Brooklyn’s most distinctive industrial spaces.
