Now, it's time for her to bring that eclectic sound, spanning across breaks, bass, UK garage, electro, house, techno, acid, drum and bass, and hip-hop, to the Roof of Superior Ingredients on November 24th.

Born Alyssa Johnson in Omaha, Nebraska, Mary Droppinz’s journey into music was heavily influenced by her father, a seasoned drummer. In LA, she refined her craft at IO Academy, where she developed the technical skills that would later make her one of the most exciting selectors in the U.S.

Over the past year, the fashionista has taken her talent to some of the biggest stages in the world. She has played at major festivals and venues, including 

 in Las Vegas. Each of these sets have leveled her up as a standout act at every event.

Mary Droppinz’s talent extends beyond her DJ sets to her production work. Her blend of breakbeats and bass-driven tracks has become instantly recognizable, earning her support from major press outlets like

Mary is Desert Hearts Family through and through. She used to run our social media marketing back in the day while simultaneously attending music production school.
