Does Creamfields cater to specific electronic music sub-genres?
Yes, definitely. While featuring major headliners, Creamfields is known for its multiple stages and arenas (often 8-10 or more). Many of these stages are dedicated to specific sub-genres like techno, trance, drum and bass, or hardstyle, ensuring there's something for every electronic music fan. Some brands, like Teletech, even host multi-day takeovers focusing on harder, faster styles.
What kind of artists perform at Creamfields?
Creamfields consistently delivers world-class lineups featuring a mix of genre-breaking pioneers, global superstars, and influential figures from across the electronic music spectrum. Is there an app for Creamfields?
Yes, there is an official Creamfields app that provides information such as artist lineups, set times, GPS maps of the site, playlists, news, and more. It also offers exclusive access to loyalty payment plan tickets for the 2025 event. You can get the app via the link on the FAQ page.
What are the benefits of booking Dreamfields accommodation?
Answer: Besides the accommodation itself, booking Dreamfields includes access to a private Dreamfields campsite, a free car park pass (1 per 2 guests), 24-hour Dreamfields reception and site security, 'proper' toilets and showers, a pamper tent with hairdryers and straighteners, and a phone charging hub.
I have lost property, what do I do?
If you lose an item while at the festival, head to the Lost Property cabin located next to the Welfare/Medical Centre near the Campsite Village entrance. Alternatively, complete a lost property contact form.
I have a 4 Day camping ticket, but i can’t get there until Friday now. Can I still enter the festival?
Yes, you can enter the festival on any day your ticket is valid. For example, if you have a 4-day camping ticket, you can still enter on Friday or Saturday if you can't make it on Thursday.
Can I use Cash and/or Card at the event?
Answer: All bars and concessions on-site are cashless. Only cards, contactless payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
I need to bring medication with me to Creamfields, what do I do?
Bring prescribed medication in its correct packaging with your name on it (ID may be requested). Loose medication is not allowed. Medication needing refrigeration can be stored at the Medical Centre if labeled correctly.
Are there lockers for valuables?
Yes, a Safe Storage facility is located next to Lost Property/Welfare. Prices: £25/weekend, £10/day, £2/single item. No pre-booking; purchase on the day.
Can I leave the festival and then come back?
No, there are no pass-outs. Leaving the site means no re-entry for both camping and day ticket holders (including multi-day non-camping tickets on individual days).
Where can I charge my phone?
Answer: Portable chargers available for hire from Charge Candy (multiple swap locations). Swap depleted charger once daily for four days.
