Gala by Iban Mendoza

This summer, Ibizan DJ and producer Ibán Mendoza brings his visionary event, Gala, to Cova Santa for a series of immersive Wednesday night experiences. Following successful winter editions at Akasha and Las Dalias, Gala now takes center stage at Cova Santa, offering attendees a blend of music, art, and surrealism.

The residency spans from May 28 to September 24, 2025, with events scheduled on select Wednesdays: May 28; June 11, 18, and 25; July 9, 16, 23, and 30; August 6 and 27; and September 10 and 24. Each event runs from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, beginning in the open-air garden and transitioning into the indoor club as the night progresses.

Gala is curated by Ibán Mendoza, a multifaceted artist known for his dynamic DJ sets and live performances. The event aims to transport attendees into a dreamlike realm, combining electronic music with theatrical elements and visual art. The opening party on May 28 features a lineup including Jan Blomqvist (live), Allen Hulsey (live), Ibán Mendoza (live), Magnetizm, and Audera.

Cova Santa, nestled in the hills of San José, provides an ideal backdrop for Gala. The venue's natural surroundings and intimate atmosphere enhance the event's immersive qualities, allowing guests to fully engage with the sensory experience.
