Overview
Creekside is an open-air cultural space located within Under the K Bridge Park, tucked beneath the Kosciuszko Bridge in North Brooklyn. Positioned along the edge of Newtown Creek, the venue sits within a seven-acre reclaimed industrial zone that has been transformed into a public park through extensive community input and collaborative design.

Defined by massive concrete columns, a sweeping overhead structure, and raw architectural character, Creekside offers an unexpected backdrop for music events, art activations, film screenings, markets, and neighborhood gatherings. The contrast between reforested areas and native plantings with the industrial framework of the bridge creates a setting that feels both grounded and open.

Creekside has quickly become a destination for thoughtfully curated music experiences in Brooklyn. In recent months, the venue has welcomed a wide range of international and local talent across house, techno, and genre-blending sounds. From the deep, driving selections of Shimza to the high-energy b2b sets of Lee Reynolds and Mikey Lion, the space has proven versatile for both sunset sessions and late-night programming. Artists like Spencer Brown, Vintage Culture, Maz, Mau P, and Wakyin have helped shape the tone of Creekside’s programming, delivering standout performances in a space that feels both raw and inviting. The presence of Luna Mar, Mr.Diamond, and Annicka further reflects a programming vision that blends global names with rising and regional talent—framed by one of the city’s most memorable outdoor venues.
Creekside is part of a broader initiative led by the North Brooklyn Parks Alliance to rethink underutilized urban space. Designed by Toronto-based PUBLIC WORK, the park functions both as a daily public amenity and as a platform for cultural programming. Creekside’s layout is flexible and modular, with room for large-scale productions as well as smaller, community-focused gatherings. Positioned at the intersection of Greenpoint and Maspeth, the venue connects neighborhoods while remaining off the typical nightlife grid.

What defines Creekside is not just the space itself, but how it’s used. Its programming is varied, inclusive, and shaped in part by the surrounding community. As a result, it has become a place where residents can experience music and culture outdoors—without feeling like they’ve left the city behind, but with a strong sense of being somewhere entirely different.
