The London-based dance duo, Eli & Fur, have been known to charm fans with their mesmerizing sound and captivating stage presence. In fact, the chemistry that these two share behind the decks can be traced back to their teenage years when they performed together at a friend’s house party for the first time and never looked back.
While they are now internationally-recognized producers and DJs, this pair got their start in the music business as pop songwriters and vocalists, penning tunes for Girls Aloud and the Saturdays. It was only after spending countless nights in the club that these two fell in love with house music and decided to start their own project. Since then they have cultivated a sound that combines their roots of pop songwriting along with tech-house flavor.
Eli and Fur first turned heads in 2013 with the release of their debut track, ‘You’re So High’, that was distributed under their own label, NYX Music. This release reached the top 3 on Hype Machine and has since garnered over 22 million streams on Spotify alone.
Fans of the female-powerhouse duo have been delighted with a steady stream of EPs and singles on their own label as well as imprints Crosstown Rebels, Anjunadeep, Positiva, Sony RCA, Defected, Spinnin’ Deep, and Yoshitoshi. However, it wasn’t until 2021 that they released their first full-length album “Found in the Wild”. This album, released on Anjunadeep, has definitely set the tone for the future of their career. “Found In The Wild” is a 12-track journey that embodies the lyrical genius of Eli & Fur set against the background of incredible music that makes you want to dance.
Their unwavering passion for producing and performing has landed them on stages at Coachella, Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, and Creamfields. They have also been nominated for ‘Best Newcomer’ in the DJ Awards, 'Best Breakthrough DJ’ at DJ Magazine’s, ‘Best Producer’ in the Bass Music Awards, and ‘Best Breakthrough Artist’ in the 2016 IDMA Awards.
