In the world of electronic dance music, Calvin Harris reigns supreme as a true superstar.

Following his exhilarating performances at Ushuaïa Ibiza last summer, the EDM sensation is back for another electrifying 14-week residency in 2023, kicking off on Friday, May 26.

The legendary daytime club in Playa d’en Bossa will swing open its doors for the opening party at 5pm, as the sun still beams overhead, with the party running all the way through to 11pm. Plenty of time for dancing as the sun goes down!

So, get ready for a day-to-night party that you’ll never forget. Calvin Harris, the mastermind behind countless chart-topping hits, including his recent collaboration with Ellie Goulding, will be filling the air with club anthems and unforgettable hands-in-the-air moments.

Ushuaïa's open-air, poolside setting is the ideal location for Calvin Harris to showcase his talents, complete with jaw-dropping production, mesmerizing visuals, and a 7,000-strong crowd hanging on his every beat.

Joining him on this incredible journey is the prolific producer and remix king, MK (Marc Kinchen), providing heavyweight support on every date throughout the summer, along with the fresh talent of Tyson O'Brien as the weekly warm-up resident.

As a prominent figure in the EDM scene, Calvin Harris has conquered the charts, shattered world records, and amassed over 35 billion combined audio and video streams, making him one of the most viewed artists on YouTube and a top streaming artist for Sony Music.

Calvin Harris has previously held residencies at Amnesia in 2012, Pacha in 2018, and Ushuaïa in 2019 (which broke attendance records), as well as one-off performances at other White Isle venues. In 2022, the Scottish DJ rocked an incredible 14-week stint at Ushuaïa Ibiza, and this year promises to be just as spectacular.

With his impressive track record, it's no wonder that industry accolades keep pouring in.

With 18 Brit Award nominations, 5 Grammy nominations, and 2 wins to his name, it's no surprise that Calvin Harris' residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza has been, and will continue to be, one of the hottest parties on the island this year.

About Ushuaïa

Ushuaïa Ibiza is the ultimate party destination, combining luxury accommodation with the most electrifying open-air clubbing experience.

Nestled in the heart of Playa d'en Bossa, this iconic venue boasts a stunning poolside setting, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, and a lineup of the world's most renowned DJs.

Ushuaïa Ibiza is the epitome of the island's party spirit, where day turns to night and planes roar overhead, as the crowd roars in return beneath.

The lineup

By the age of 15, Calvin Harris had already produced his first demo, and in 2007, he released his debut album, I Created Disco. His 2012 album, 18 Months, featured 8 singles that soared into the UK top 10 charts, propelling him to international stardom.

His signature EDM sound ignites dancefloors worldwide, and he made history as the first British solo artist to surpass one billion streams on Spotify.

Hailing from Detroit, Marc Kinchen, better known as MK, has been influenced by a diverse range of musical genres throughout his career.

His journey has taken him from house to techno, hip-hop, R&B, and back to house in recent years, showcasing his undeniable talent behind the decks.

During the 1990s, Marc became the go-to DJ for club mixes, as evidenced by the phenomenal success of his remix of The Nightcrawlers' “Push The Feeling On.”

Fellow Scot Ewan McVicar will be joining Calvin Harris for the opening party at Ushuaïa. His debut single “Tell Me Something Good”, released in 2021, turned heads around the world. It went on to win ’Track of the Year’ for DJ Mag Best of British accompanied by Radio 1’s ‘Electronic Track of the Year’.

Tyson O'Brien supported Calvin Harris during all of his residencies at Ushuaïa Ibiza, and will be back once again in 2023. The Melbourne-born DJ has a career history spanning over a decade and seriously knows how to play to a crowd!
