Another date for the diary! Circoloco returns to DC-10 every Monday from May 2nd to October 10th, and the opening party is looking to be a belter!
There is nothing more iconic than DC-10, Circoloco, and Ibiza. One without the others would not exist. The party brand celebrated its 20th season on the White Isle in 2018 and will kick off the 2022 summer from 4 pm on Monday, May 2nd. The music doesn’t stop, and the dancing certainly won’t be slowing down, all the way through until 7 am on May 3rd.
Circoloco veterans and a feast of island favorites will play, including &Me vs. Rampa, Adam Port, BLOND:ISH, Butch, Carlita, Chloé Caillet, Dana Montana, DJ Tennis, Ellen Allien, Fjaak (DJ set), Job Jobse and Luciano - a five-time DJ Awards winner and ten-time nominee.
Maceo Plex, Michael Bibi, Peggy Gou, Red Axes, Seth Troxler, Sossa, Tale Of Us, and Tania Volcano complete the lineup. It’s going to be a solid night of house and techno beats. So pick a spot and get comfy, you’ll need to be in for the long haul!
Technically, DC-10 is always the first to open up in the year, with their famous New Year's Day party, but this one is the real opening of the summer season. Showcasing underground talent and a full roster of artists lining up to play this iconic venue, the Circoloco mantra is simple; No frills, no fuss, no nonsense.
DC-10 is an Ibiza institution. The story starts as a small farmhouse on the way to Salinas, opened up as a music bar with an 80-person capacity by two Spanish brothers, Deogracias Lara Moreno and Antonio Lara Moreno. Then, in 1999, Italian promoters Andrea Pelino and Antonio Carbonaro came on board and created Circoloco.
Circoloco officially launched as a Monday morning "afters" session, starting at 6 am and running for 12 hours. The brand grew and adapted, and the club night did the same.
Famously positioned at the end of Ibiza airport’s runway, the roar of a jet’s engine does nothing to drown out the incredible DC-10 sound rig. You can start your day partying in the open air before getting down at one of the two internal dancing spots, the Terrace and Main Room. The famous red lights, the bass throbbing through your entire body, the epic and euphoric moments where you surrender to the music. It’s all there with Circoloco at DC-10.
The Circoloco opening party in 2022 will bring underground sounds to the Ibiza masses, something they’ve recently extended by way of their 2021 record label creation in partnership with Rockstar Games.
