, takes over The Room at Superior Ingredients on August 3 with a night of disco-tinged upbeat house. The flamboyant DJ and producer has packed out clubs and headlined festivals around the world, and now we’re bringing him to historic 74 Wyth Avenue for an intimate night of colorful house heat.

Sulta exudes breathless energy from the booth each time he steps behind the decks. It's that kind of energy that seeps into every inch of the building, urging you to move with reckless abandon. The Sulta Selects frontman has brought that boundless enthusiasm to two epic and legendary Boiler Room sets, Creamfields, Awakenings, Kappa FuturFestival, Glastonbury, and countless other globally recognized events and clubs.

A fan of dance music from his youth, he started his career as a teenager working the counter of the lauded Glasgowian record store Rubadub. An expert curator, he brought his intensely well-honed skill as a selector to his residency at the Sub Club. After releasing early work on Dixon Basement Avenue Jams and Numbers, he started Sulta Selects, an outlet for his uplifting effervescent brand of house music, and the name of his event brand that's become a global phenomenon and sparked its festival, FLY Open Air.

In 2019 he released his debut album, Aye Spoake te Sumwuhn & They Listened, on Ninja Tune. A departure from the unbridled energy of his DJ sets, it represents the full breadth of his sound, from slow-burning melodic downtempo to unhinged and chaotic techno.
