Overview
One of the clubs that put NYC on the map in the 2010s was Output. For people living in New York City now, it’s hard to imagine that a decade ago the options for dance music were limited. Output was the premier venue for top level talent, drawing names like Eric Prydz, Seth Troxler, Chris Lake and everyone in between. Known for its Funktion One speaker system, multi-room layout, Output was the crown jewel of Brooklyn.
Although the venue tragically closed a few years back, the space has been reimagined and reinvented with the clever name, Superior Ingredients. Superior Ingredients has accomplished a simple goal, maintaining the glory of Output while giving the room a facelift to account for modern times. With a capacity under 1000, The Room checks in as another premier destination for intimate sets.
Although the secondary room from Output (the panther room) is now gone, patrons will still find plenty of room to groove on the dancefloor of The Room at Superior Ingredients. High quality sound pairs with a minimalistic decor approach to create a prime atmosphere in the heart of Williamsburg. Just a few blocks from the L train, Superior Ingredients is a destination for club goers of any borough. VIP Tables in the room are not common, but accessible through the website's contact page.
