London duo Dusky, composed of Nick Harriman and Alfie Granger-Howell, have spent over a decade commanding dancefloors around the world with their genre-blurring, club-focused sound. Known for their seamless blend of house, garage, and techno, Dusky has become a staple at some of the most iconic venues and festivals in the dance music scene. As they prepare for an upcoming performance on the rooftop of Superior Ingredients on Sunday, November 17th, it's a great time to highlight their impressive list of past and future gigs.

One of their early milestones was securing a residency at London’s legendary Fabric, a club known for its cutting-edge sound system and a long history of hosting top-tier artists. Their performances at Fabric helped establish Dusky as a must-see act in the UK. Berlin's Panorama Bar, part of the world-renowned Berghain complex, is another iconic venue where Dusky have showcased their talent. In addition to club residencies, Dusky has been a fixture at major festivals across the globe.

They've played the iconic stages of Ultra Music Festival in Miami, bringing their UK sound to an international audience, and have delivered unforgettable performances at Creamfields, one of the UK’s largest electronic music festivals. Their circuit also includes appearances at Glastonbury, Printworks, Watergate Berlin, and many more. Whether it's an intimate club set or a headline festival performance, Dusky consistently delivers experiences that resonate with fans and critics alike.

Their breakthrough came with the release of Stick By This in 2011, an album that caught the attention of influential tastemakers like Pete Tong. The record's success propelled Dusky into the limelight, earning them a nomination for BBC Essential Mix of the Year. Furthermore, 2014 marked the launch of their own record label, 17 Steps. Over the years, 17 Steps has released tracks from a wide range of artists, including Nathan Micay, LTJ Bukem, and Interplanetary Criminal, while also serving as a home for Dusky’s own releases.

Originally from San Francisco, James Juke has quickly built a global fanbase in dance music hubs like London, New York, Sydney, and Los Angeles. Blending disco and house with a modern twist, he draws from Midwest and New York house influences, catching the attention of artists like Disclosure, Rimarkable, and Demuir. He’s performed at venues like Elsewhere, Berlin’s Golden Gate, and Art Basel’s Factory Town closing party, among others.

Opening up for the duo is Kayper, a UK-born, New York-based DJ and producer, is celebrated for her turntablist-inspired sets and bass-driven productions, earning praise from outlets like Pitchfork, BBC 6 Music, and Radio 1. Since relocating to New York, she’s held residencies at top venues like LIV (Miami), Hakkasan (Las Vegas), and Marquee (NYC).

Known for her dynamic live performances, Kayper has played iconic events including Coachella’s Neon Carnival, Lollapalooza, SXSW, Glastonbury, and ADE.

Returning to the Roof is none other than Gray Area resident HVNLEE, who has played elrow, Femme House stage at Hulaween Music Festival, The Ruins at the Knockdown Center and more.

Another homecoming for a Gray Area show is We're also excited to welcome back Earth Signs, featuring the shuffle-queen Elena Cruz and Adam Friedman. Both are emerging talents in the music scene, having opened for artists such as Gene Farris, Tini Gessler, Joshwa, and Jerro.
