Nitefreak presents HiNDE

Nitefreak brings his HiNDE event series to Brooklyn for a rare New York appearance at 99 Scott, offering a closer look at one of Afro house’s most compelling rising artists. Joining him is DJ Tomer and Samantha.

Originally from Zimbabwe, he began producing in 2009 and has steadily built a global presence, earning support from names like Black Coffee, Diplo, Shimza, and Keinemusik.

His releases have landed on respected labels including Deep Root Records, Spinnin Deep, Higher Ground, and Insomniac, while his catalog has surpassed four million streams and reached the Top 5 of Beatport’s Afro House chart. Tracks such as Savior, Gorah, and Kamili have found strong support across clubs and radio, with plays on BBC Radio 1, Nora En Pure’s Purified Radio, and ODESZA’s No Sleep Radio.

His collaborations with Francis Mercier, Magic System, and Amadou and Mariam further highlight his ability to move across scenes while maintaining a clear artistic direction. His record Bolingo Nanga also crossed into film, featured in the official documentary of UFC champion Francis Ngannou.

Joining Nitefreak is DJ Tomer, an Israeli born, New York based DJ and producer whose career began in the city’s club scene. Early on, he opened for Peter Rauhofer at the legendary ROXY, and later began releasing Afro House with Ricardo in 2019. Their music has since earned support from Black Coffee, THEMBA, Keinemusik, and Shimza, while Tomer has taken his sound to dance floors around the world.

HiNDE serves as an extension of that vision, acting as both a platform for music rooted in Afro house and forward thinking sounds. This show places that identity front and center, with Nitefreak delivering an extended set that reflects his journey so far and the direction he is heading next.
