Due to the cold and rainy weather set to hit New York City this Sunday, the Gray Area and Westend teams have decided to postpone the Trace Amounts boat party to Friday, May 24th from 7pm until 12am.

Get ready to set sail on The Hudson in New York with tech house maven, Westend, takes over the Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises for an unforgettable boat party on May 24! After a triumphant headline show on The Roof of Superior Ingredients this past May and a takeover of Manhattan nightclub Musica in November, Westend is back to command the decks and ignite the dance floor with his infectious energy and diverse sound.

With a string of chart-topping hits under his belt, including "Push To Start" with Noizu and No/Me, and his recent hit "Rhythm Machine" with Max Styler, Westend promises to deliver a dynamic set filled with electrifying beats that will keep you grooving all night long. Known for his versatility and global appeal, Westend's tracks have earned him a top spot on Beatport's tech house charts and garnered support from industry heavyweights like Diplo, MK, and Claude Von Stroke.

Join us aboard the Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises for a Cinco De Mayo celebration like no other, surrounded by the breathtaking skyline of New York City while dancing to the pulsating rhythms of Westend's signature sound. This event marks a continuation of Westend's impressive partnership with Gray Area, highlighting his successful performances and his ability to captivate audiences not only at past events but also through his polished production and globally celebrated hits like "Maracuya" and "Aguila."

Fresh off standout sets at venues like Club Space and Insomniac's EDSEA, Westend has not only secured a top spot on Beatport numerous times but has also been featured in The New York Times for his contributions to the tech house community with valuable Ableton tutorials, shaping the next generation of talent.

More guests will be announced, so grab your tickets now and prepare for an unforgettable journey along the Hudson, where the groovy rhythms of Westend's signature sound meet the breathtaking skyline of New York City under the starlit sky. We will see you on the boat!

Doubleheader

Gray Area is pioneering the "Doubleheader" event series, drawing inspiration from back-to-back baseball games to showcase artists with similar styles but unique fan bases. By having one artist follow another and culminating in a collaborative back-to-back (B2B) set, Doubleheader aims to create a powerful platform for musical discovery and cross-pollination. Embracing the "B2B" spirit, the initiative seeks to introduce audiences to new sounds while strengthening the dance music ecosystem.
