BBC Radio 1 Dance

This summer, BBC Radio 1 Dance is makin’ waves as it launches its very own residency at the self-acclaimed ‘home of the pool party’ Ibiza Rocks, marking a significant switch-up for the UK’s biggest and most popular radio station.

Renowned for orchestrating the island's biggest weekend on the island for nearly three decades, you can now experience Radio 1 Dance for more than just a weekend of summer. With a lineup curated exclusively by BBC Radio 1, the party’s soundtrack will span the entire spectrum from house to from drum & bass to techno.

The relationship between Ibiza Rocks and Radio 1 traces back to the mid-2000s, when the brand used to bring in live acts to the White Isle. Over the years, the stage has hosted legends like Faithless, Carl Cox, Kölsch, David Guetta, Camelphat, and retired R1 legend Annie Mac.

For 2024, expect sets from Radio 1 Dance regulars and appearances from impressive (A-Z) lineup including Alex Mills, Billy Gillies, Charlie Hedges, Connor Coates, D.O.D, Hannah Boleyn, House Gospel Choir, Jax Jones, Jazzy, Kelli-Leigh, LF System, Luude, and Venbee, along with special guests yet to be announced.
