Born in 1996 in Amsterdam, Luuk Van Dijk grew up in Hilversum, nurtured by an opera singer and a music teacher as parents. Van Dijk began his journey into dance music production in 2011 and quickly demonstrated an aptitude for creating sounds.
Van Dijk's sound is characterized by groovy basslines, an old school vibe, and a palpable energy that fills the room whenever he performs. His style remains fresh and instantly recognizable, a blend of the old and the new that house music fans genuinely enjoy. Van Dijk has been praised by established artists in the scene such as Hot Since 82, Hector Couto, Eats Everything, Steve Lawler, and Shadow Child.
