Circoloco - New Year's Day Ibiza

Last but certainly not least, Circoloco at DC10. The club that defines what the island represents - authentic underground music.

From humble beginnings to becoming the most coveted House music venue on the planet, DC10 has come a long way since it was founded in 1999.

Quite literally a shack at the end of the island's airport runway, it has blossomed into a quirky inside-out venue which has become famous for its crazy clown face logo (somewhat resembling the one on our iPhones), iconic red walls and infrared light beams that shine onto the crowds in the garden.

Purposely, the name comes from the McDonnell Douglas’ DC10 aircraft, as the al fresco dancefloor is quite literally the best plane watching spot.

Without a doubt, the venue's most synonymous party is Circoloco. One known for its hedonistic nature and wild day to night Monday sessions. You may think that this is an odd day to host one of the island’s biggest nights but it is one that started a global clubbing revolution, shaping modern club culture.

This time taking place on New Year's Day (Sunday 1st January), from 6pm to 6am, a pool of resident DJ’s and special guests will fly in to perform. So far the line-up includes big dons Archie Hamilton, Cassy, Dennis Cruz, Sweeley and Tania Valcano. Just wow.

DJ’s get as excited to play at Circoloco as party-goers do attending the event. To be booked to play at Circoloco is any DJ’s dream and to attend is an honour.
