Festival returns for its spectacular 11th edition! Mark your calendars for August 7th to 10th, 2025, when the festival will once again transform Retamar-El Toyo in Almería into a pulsating haven for dance music lovers. Having successfully moved from its long-time home in Villaricos in 2024 to this more accessible location near Almería city and airport, the festival is poised to build on its new foundation, offering an optimized experience for attendees.

This year's lineup is already generating unprecedented buzz, spearheaded by a truly blockbuster headliner: global superstar Will Smith. Making his exclusive Spanish festival appearance as part of his "Based on a True Story" summer tour, Smith's performance promises a high-energy blend of his classic hits and new material, potentially infused with electronic influences gleaned from recent time spent in Ibiza. This ambitious booking signals Dreambeach's intent to deliver its "most international lineup" yet, aiming to capture global attention.

Joining Smith are electronic music titans, ensuring the festival stays true to its roots. Swedish House Mafia icon

makes his return, alongside the ever-energetic

(back for his third Dreambeach) and Dutch house maestro Nicky Romero. Bass music fans have a major exclusive to anticipate: dubstep king Subtronics will perform his only show in Spain at the festival. Adding unique flavour, Nathy Peluso brings her electrifying "Club Grasa" show to Andalucía for the first time ever.

Beyond the headliners, Dreambeach 2025 boasts a characteristically diverse and deep lineup spanning techno, drum & bass, hardstyle, house, and more. Look out for special performances like

presents ARTCORE, a unique B2B set from

, the Dreambeach debut of hard techno sensation Charlie Sparks, and sets from legends like

Anticipation is high for an edition described as bigger and bolder than ever. Expect the ultimate summer rave atmosphere, fueled by insane stages, trippy visuals, and cutting-edge, high-level production across multiple stages. Building on its legacy as one of Europe's largest electronic events, attracting over 120,000 attendees in recent years, Dreambeach 2025 is set to be an unmissable, multi-sensory adventure on the stunning Almerían coast.

Each summer, as the Andalusian sun beats down, the coast of Almería transforms into a pulsating epicentre of electronic music: Dreambeach Festival. Widely regarded as Spain's largest electronic music event and a major player on the European festival circuit, Dreambeach draws legions of fans from across the globe to its sun-drenched shores. What began over a decade ago, inheriting the mantle from the region's earlier festival history, has blossomed into a must-attend summer pilgrimage. Its unique blend of high-octane music and idyllic Mediterranean coastal scenery creates an irresistible allure, establishing it as a defining experience for electronic music aficionados. Initially captivating audiences on the picturesque beaches of Villaricos-Palomares, the festival's setting itself is integral to its magic.

The festival's journey mirrors its explosive energy. From its origins as a focused two-day event, Dreambeach rapidly scaled up, extending its duration to encompass four, five, or even more days of non-stop celebration, especially for landmark editions. This expansion was fueled by phenomenal growth in attendance, with crowds swelling significantly over time, often exceeding one hundred thousand people converging to dance under the stars. Such significant growth eventually prompted a strategic relocation from its original coastal village setting to a new base in Retamar-El Toyo, closer to Almería city and its transport hubs, enhancing accessibility for its increasingly international audience and accommodating its sheer scale. This evolution underscores Dreambeach's successful transition from a regional favourite to an international behemoth, even spawning editions beyond Spanish borders.

Musically, Dreambeach is a comprehensive celebration of electronic sound. Its identity is rooted in diversity, offering a broad spectrum that ranges from the massive drops of EDM and Big Room to the hypnotic rhythms of Techno and House, the high-energy tempos of Hardstyle, and the deep vibrations of Drum & Bass, Dubstep, and Trance. This sonic breadth attracts a wide church of ravers. The stages have consistently hosted the genre's elite; global icons like

have performed alongside techno legends such as

. Pioneers like The Prodigy and hard dance champions like Brennan Heart have also left their mark, showcasing a booking strategy that balances mainstream appeal with deep genre representation. Occasionally, the festival makes waves with exclusive, high-profile crossover bookings, generating buzz far beyond the electronic scene.

Beyond the incredible lineups, Dreambeach curates a full-sensory spectacle. Renowned for its overwhelming audiovisual setup, the festival invests heavily in cutting-edge production, featuring immense stages, powerful sound systems, and dazzling, often trippy, visual displays. This commitment to high-level production transforms the coastal landscape into an immersive environment, a veritable "temple for electronic music". The atmosphere is electric - pure summer rave energy, where attendees dance from dusk till dawn, united by the music and the stunning Mediterranean backdrop.

Having grown from regional roots to become an undisputed landmark, Dreambeach stands as one of Europe's most significant electronic music festivals. Its consistent ability to attract huge crowds, present diverse, world-class talent, and deliver spectacular production has cemented its status. Recognised with industry accolades and hailed by the media as Spain's biggest and best electronic event, Dreambeach is an essential fixture in the global festival calendar, a testament to the enduring power of electronic music culture.
