Indira Paganotto

Indira Paganotto is one of the most exciting acts to come out of a country that is always exciting for dance music: Spain. Originally hailing from Madrid, the fast-growing producer, DJ, and newly crowned label boss was practically born behind the decks being that her father was a DJ in the ‘80s as well.

From a young age he educated Paganotto in the craft while introducing her to a wide variety of genres. His vast collection of music included  disco, jazz , acid house and goa music, ensuring her understanding of the artform was comprehensive.

That level of training is apparent in all of her sets as she combines these intricate sensibilities. The rhythmic diversity of jazz meets the pumping beats of goa. White-hot disco grooves get placed alongside the most underground techno.

It was only natural Paganotto would gravitate towards producing as well, and she released her first track into the world all the way back in 2011 before she was even 20 years old. Since then she’s made her mark on legendary imprints like Get Physical as well as current hubs for tastemaking like Sian’s Octopus Recordings.

Paganotto is also now a frequent flyer on KNTXT, the up and coming global techno brand from none other than Charlotte De Witte.

De Witte is just one artist with whom Paganotto has shared a stage. She’s also performed alongside Marco Carola , Paco Osuna, Anthea, Luna City, Sischi Rösch, and Nina Kravitz  in destinations like the Canary Islands, Ibiza, Madrid, Barcelona, London, Italy, and Berlin.

Paganotto’s most recent project is her new label entitled Artcore Records. Launched in March of 2022, this is her space for her to release her patented “psy techno” sound. The debut release of the label is her own EP, Guns & Horses which just dropped on June 17, 2022.
