Flower Power
Ibiza, Spain
Event Recommendation
Original hippy party Flower Power is back for the 2nd and final very special outdoor edition at Cova Santa. It’s time for hippies and hedonistic lovers to unite in the open-air San Jose venue, which will be fittingly decorated with peace signs, floral murals and all things retro, taking you back to the peace-loving, flower-wearing era that made the White Isle famous. Many revellers of Flower Power choose to dress the part too: afro wigs, flares, tie-dye, headbands, groovy patterns, and retro ensembles, making the whole night an experience for all the senses. Doors open at 7 pm and the party runs all the way through until 6 am the next day. We are huge advocates of experiencing golden hour and sunset at Cova Santa. The vibe as the sun drops behind the San Jose hills is a sight to behold and a feeling like no other. And once it goes dark, the party really gets started. After midnight, descend into the venue’s club where the Flower Power fun carries on! When it comes to the music policy at Flower Power, those in the know understand that we’re not going fo big baselines here. Instead, you’ll be treated to nostalgic tunes from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s (think Led Zeppelin, The Beatles and ABBA) as well as concert-like performances from talented dancers and performers. “An authentic hippy party where colourful and free-spirited characters come together to dance to eternal themes from the 60’s and the 70’s. Flower Power celebrates the spirit of Ibiza, spreading good vibrations among the crowd and the entire island.” - Pacha Vicor Nebot has been a DJ for over 40 years, playing in some of the most iconic clubs in the world including Pacha, Lío and Destino in Ibiza, Ministry of Sound and Studio 338 in London, Cavalli and Blue Marlin in Dubai and Armani Privé in Milan. Nowadays, he’s the man behind the booth at Flower Power as well as the being behind the musical direction for Lío cabaret club in Marina Botafoch.
