Eats Everything: History of Rave

Overview
Eats Everything brings his celebrated History of Rave party series to the Roof at Superior Ingredients on April 12th for a night rooted in pure dancefloor culture. Joining him is British-talent Hitty, Break, Branquenno, and DJ ing.

The Bristol-born DJ and producer, real name Dan Pearce, has spent more than a decade shaping one of the most respected careers in UK club music. From his early days in Bristol’s underground to stages like Glastonbury, Printworks, fabric, and Tomorrowland, Eats Everything has stayed focused on one thing: holding the room from the first track to the last.

History of Rave is his tribute to the music and spirit that shaped him — not as a throwback, but as a living, breathing celebration of rave in all its forms. The series has become a standout concept in recent years, giving Eats the space to play with total freedom, pulling from foundational classics, modern club weapons, and everything in between.
Hitty is a British-born, London-based DJ and producer making an impact across the house circuit. Beyond the booth, he runs his own concepts, HITTY-X and GLOVE SEAZON, combining music and striking visuals to reflect the influences behind his journey. His recent schedule reflects that momentum, with appearances at fabric and Colours Hoxton in London, E1 for Única – Part 2, and a string of GLOVE SEAZON showcases including a daytime takeover and official afterparty.

Internationally, he’s touched down at B. Rooftop in Amsterdam, 528 Ibiza, and shared lineups in Ibiza alongside names like Carl Cox and Sven Väth at [UNVRS]. He’s also part of Beatport Live New York at Car Park, joining KILIMANJARO, Chloé Robinson, and Honey Bun — adding NYC to an already wide-reaching run of dates.
Break is a highly respected drum & bass producer and DJ whose career began in the early 2000s with releases on A-Sides’ Eastside Records. A key figure within the DNAudio camp alongside Silent Witness, Break has remained a consistent force in the scene, earning support from top DJs worldwide and helping shape a powerful, modern D&B sound.
Local talent DJ ing and Branqueeno join the fun. April 12th marks a rare chance to experience History of Rave in New York, high above the city, at one of its most iconic venues.
