Ethan Tomas has just released his debut EP, Origins, solidifying his position as a rising star in the African music scene. Known for his Afrobeats and Amapiano-infused sound, Origins features collaborations with artists like Ivy Sole, Bathe, Buman, and Kid Kwesi. The EP follows the success of his viral Amapiano remix of Missy Elliott’s “Work It,” which garnered over 500k plays on SoundCloud and YouTube.
Closing out is DJ mOma, a Sudanese-born, Queens-raised DJ and music producer, known for his versatile, genre-spanning sets that blend hip-hop, Afrobeats, dancehall, house, and more. DJ Mohogany, Brooklyn-born and NYC's first Liberian female DJ, has made a name for herself with high-profile gigs at New York Fashion Week, SummerStage, and internationally at Afrochella and AfroNation in Ghana and Puerto Rico. She has shared the stage with Afrobeats heavyweights like Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Davido, and Rema, solidifying her presence in the global music scene.

Musica, located in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood along the Hudson River, is a three-story, 25,000-square-foot venue that was formerly home to Space Ibiza New York and FREQ. Originating from a sister club in Riccione, Italy, Musica offers top-tier production, an excellent sound system, and an enthusiastic crowd of music lovers.
