, cemented his status as one of the world’s premier DJs. Twilo became synonymous with marathon sets and a forward-thinking musical direction that blended progressive house, techno, and trance. Digweed’s time at Twilo is often remembered as one of the defining periods of modern club culture.

Throughout his career, John Digweed has also proven himself as a highly sought-after remixer, having reworked tracks for a diverse range of artists, including Underworld, Quincy Jones, William Orbit, and New Order. His ability to infuse each remix with his signature sound while staying true to the original artist’s vision has earned him respect across multiple genres.

In addition to his work as a DJ and remixer, Digweed is the creative mind behind 

, a label that has been instrumental in launching the careers of many underground artists. Established in 1999, Bedrock quickly became a benchmark for quality in the world of electronic music. It has released music from the likes of Danny Howells, Guy J, and King Unique, offering a platform for cutting-edge producers who share Digweed’s vision of innovation and quality. Releasing a record on Bedrock is seen as a badge of honor for underground producers worldwide, signaling a certain level of production prowess and originality.

Digweed’s production work alongside Nick Muir, with whom he forms the duo Bedrock, has also been a key part of his career. Together, they have produced and remixed numerous tracks, including two that made it into the UK Top 40: "Heaven Scent" and "For What You Dream Of." The latter gained widespread recognition after being featured in the cult film "Trainspotting." Beyond chart success, Digweed and Muir have explored a wide range of musical projects, including scoring the Hollywood film "Stark Raving Mad" and contributing music to MTV’s animated series "Spider-Man."

Digweed’s influence extends far beyond the studio. As a performer, he has graced the stages of the world’s biggest music festivals, including EDC, Tomorrowland, Timewarp, Ultra, and Coachella. He has also performed at some of the most renowned clubs globally, such as Output in New York and Fabric in London. One of his most notable performances came in 2002, when he played alongside Fatboy Slim at “The Big Beach Boutique” in Brighton, a massive one-off event that drew over 250,000 people.
