Overview

We’re throwing one of the craziest open-air parties New York has seen this summer — a full day-into-night takeover at the iconic Brooklyn Army Terminal. Think: 300,000+ sq ft of outdoor space, right on the water, with uninterrupted views of the Manhattan and Jersey skylines… and one of the wildest artists in house music headlining it all — MOCHAKK.

If you’ve ever seen him live, you know the deal. High energy. Sharpest track list selection. Dance moves that could get any dance floor moving. And the iconic mustache, obviously. At just 25, he’s already toured the world, launched his own label (MOTRAXX), played Circoloco at DC-10, and thrown down sets at Coachella, Time Warp, Sónar, and CRSSD. He’s also behind his own party series Mochakk Calling, and now, he’s calling you to Brooklyn.

Joining Mochakk is DJ BORING (Tristan Hallis), an Australian DJ and producer known for deep crate digging and a strong command of both vintage and contemporary dance music. He gained attention in 2016 with Winona and has since built a reputation for skilled mixing and hardware-based production. He has performed on major platforms such as BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix and Boiler Room at Lost Sundays. In the studio, Hallis favors analog hardware, giving his music a raw, human feel. His live show expands on this setup, using gear and controllers to rework his tracks in real time.

Going back-to-back with DJ Boring is Swedish artist Armand Jakobsson, better known as DJ Seinfeld. In 2025, he’s brought his energy to stages around the world—playing Movement Music Festival in Detroit, CircoLoco at DC-10 in Ibiza, Pavilion Festival in Scotland, and Subcultuur Festival in the Netherlands. He also shared the bill with Erika de Casier and Nick León at a special event in April.

Jakobsson’s taste comes through in his DJ Seinfeld presents… series for Rinse FM, where he highlighted off-kilter house and unexpected deep cuts. On stage, he’s known for tightly controlled sets that move crowds without relying on predictable drops or formulas.

He’s the perfect addition to a party like this.

Finally, to round out the lineup, Berlin-born and raised LOVEFOXY joins the party. MIXMAG spotlighted her for bringing an unapologetically Black, queer presence to the stage. That performance style, combined with her finely tuned ear for uplifting house, has earned her recognition far beyond Berlin.

In 2025 alone, her sets have taken her around the world. She’s played major events like Amsterdam Open Air x Diynamic Outdoor, Cocoon Mannheim, Sommerliebe Festival in Nürnberg, and Baum Festival in Chile. She’s also played clubs in Istanbul, London, and Berlin—including a standout show at Ficken 3000 and a packed set at The Cause.

LOVEFOXY recently made her debut on BBC Radio 1 with Pete Tong, stepping into a wider spotlight with a high-profile mix that introduced her sound to audiences across the UK.

The Brooklyn Army Terminal is no small backdrop — it’s a massive piece of NYC history. This was once a major military port during WWII, and the same place Elvis shipped off to Germany from in ’58. Today, it’s an unreal setting for an open-air rave, and we’re turning it into a full-on house music playground.

We’re teaming up with our friends at EMW, who’ve already brought legend Chris Lake to this space. Now, we’re back for another serious one — and trust, this is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated events of the summer.

Don't wait. Rally the crew. Grab your tickets. June 21. Brooklyn Army Terminal. MOCHAKK. Let’s dance.
