Mystik Opening at Club Chinois

first female in Ibiza’s history to host a full season residency

 under her own party concept —a truly powerful move from the techno heroine.

News first broke on International Women’s Day that from 

 at the illustrious Club Chinois, located just outside of Ibiza Town, would be at the helm of Ida Engberg and her masterfully curated weekly line-ups. Season announcements are always an exciting time, but it’s fair to say this one exceeded all expectations.

Taking to Instagram, Ida Engberg hailed it as

 to be heading up this monumental milestone in Ibiza’s clubbing history.

In 2022, Engberg tested the water with seven-week mini residency 

 at Club Chinois, setting the tone for what’s to come this summer. UNA united a diverse selection of electronic tastemakers on the line-up, including genre-defying selector 

Channelling this dynamic energy, MYSTIK promises to deliver 18 weeks of world-class DJs with Engberg herself stepping up to the booth you can expect seamless fluctuations of hard-hitting peak-time techno flavors and euphoric minimal cuts. All back-dropped to the spectacle of audio-visual production that descends on the sophisticated Club Chinois dancefloor, formerly known as HEART Ibiza.

From humble beginnings as a local club DJ in Stockholm as a teenager, today Ida Engberg is a respected force in the global underground scene with huge signings to Drumcode, Anjunadeep, and Truesoul, to name a few, and can be spotted on the line-ups of bucket list events such as Ultra Music Festival, Awakenings, and Tomorrowland.

Not to mention, a long-standing ally to Ibiza’s notorious clubbing scene, Ida Engberg has donned the decks of holy grail Sunday session Zoo Project to Jamie Jones’ Paradise. This party host knows exactly how to send the Ibiza crowds
