Delicious dining as the waves lap your feet...

Is there anything more dreamy than hearing the waves tumbling beside you, as your feet graze the sand as you feast on the fresh delights before you? Luckily Ibiza and its miles of stunning coastline offer quite the selection. From small secret coves to long sandy stretches, lazy lunches to sunset fine dining, you’ve got it all to choose from.

Cotton Beach Club - Cala Tarida, Ibiza

Gray Area top tip: remember your swimmers, there’s nothing like a dip in those shimmering blues before indulging in a tasty Spanish feast.

Cala Gracioneta Chiringuito

Cala Gracioneta Chiringuito - Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza

Just nipping at the edge of San Antonio upon the cute cove of Cala Gracioneta, you’ll find the Chiringuito of the same name. In keeping with the cove’s natural and relaxed feel, the beautiful restaurant is unimposing from its slightly raised terrace.

Decorated in natural tones it offers beautiful wooden tables to dine, and relaxed seating to lounge upon. The Mediterranean themed menu is renowned for its full flavours, offering lush salads, homemade paella and fresh 'catch of the day' fish.

At the slightly higher end of the budget it's not a cheap option, however with views like these it's well worth the treat.

El Silencio

El Silencio - Cala Moli, Ibiza

A little further around the coast, upon the stunning and secluded Cala Moli, El Silenco has made its home. With its own pool, wellness centre and a Mediterranean menu designed by a three Michelin star chef, this is a beach restaurant that really goes that one step further.

Super cool artwork adorn the walls, as the chef cooks from the open flame and heavenly, and we mean heavenly, cocktails are served. Upon their sandy floored terrace you can sink even further into the stunning sunsets. It's a little slice of paradise.

The Boat House Ibiza

The Boat House Ibiza - Cala de San Vicent, Ibiza

Next, let’s head north and to the tip of the island, around 15 minutes from the charming village of San Juan and along one of the prettiest roads in Ibiza. Here you’ll find The Boat House Ibiza, nestled into the gorgeous sandy stretch of Cala san Vicent.

The Boat House offers relaxed dining with an open, friendly atmosphere. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, you could sit and feast all day on their very reasonably priced, but impeccable menu.

Keep an eye on the bay before you, as local fishermen land with today’s fresh catch.

Cala Bassa Beach Club

Cala Bassa Beach Club - Sant Josep de Sa Talaia

Cala Bassa Beach Club perches on the edge of the gorgeous sands of Cala Bassa Beach, along the west coast of Ibiza. Cool music floats through the surrounding juniper trees as you either laze and graze on the large beds, or enjoy the beautiful, fresh cuisine at one of their perfectly placed tables.

The menu ranges from lunchtime snacks to fine dining and fresh fish. The water here is crystal clear, so make sure a post-brunch/lunch/dinner swim is on the agenda.

Aiyanna Ibiza

Aiyanna Ibiza - Cala Nova, Ibiza

Bringing those boho chic vibes to the Cala Nova bay, Aiyanna Ibiza is a trinket of colour along this stunning beach. With vibrant decor adoring the beautiful terrace, you can take shade under one of the embellished umbrellas as you await your feast to arrive.

Their relaxed, back to nature vibe is seen across the menu, as they weave their own gardens produce throughout. Bright salads, fresh fish and meat and inventive vegetarian dishes are all featured. It's one of those places you just feel better being at. Their full moons events are particularly special here and a real moment to experience.

Tanit Beach Ibiza

Tanit Beach - Playa d'en Bossa, Ibiza

Named after the Ibiza Goddess of dance and fertility, Tanit Beach Ibiza plays perfect homage to these divine qualities in their beachfront venue. Large day beds lead the way to the sea, while the restaurant with its large, open front is just as inviting. Their main menu boasts a Mediterranean theme with a Thai fusion, along with a fresh, sushi menu that's melt in the mouth.

This is a family-friendly restaurant, with a special children's area and dedicated children's menu, not something you see everyday in Ibiza. If you’re just with the grown-ups and looking for an after-dinner dance, simply wander down the beach where a whole new world of clubbing is at your feet.
