The most anticipated weekend in the Ibiza clubbing calendar awaits - 

has announced the return of its acclaimed 

For those unfamiliar, BBC Radio 1 is the largest, most popular and most listened to radio station in the UK, airing a round-the-clock programme of fresh new dance music from the most exciting upcoming and established artists.

Every year during peak summer, BBC R1 takes to Ibiza for an extended weekend of live broadcasts and explosive sets from the best artists and DJs in the scene right now.

 is the start date you are looking for, with the programme continuing through to 

(which, from experience, typically means a Monday morning finish), giving you plenty of time to plan your trip accordingly.

 (former home of the island’s infamous Zoo Project party) will be taking the lead for 2023. The first time hosting an event of this caliber, the quirky venue will lay on 4 epic stages including - 

Radio 1 Dance, Radio 1’s Dance Anthems, Radio 1 Relax and BBC Music Introducing.
