Matroda Day+Night with Richey Ahmed & Guests
Queens, New York

Overview
Matroda takes over Knockdown Center with a special guest lineup across two stages, running from 4PM to 5AM and unfolding from the open-air Ruins into the venue’s Main Hall as night falls. Joining him are legendary British talent Richy Ahmed, rising Argentinian artist Nacho Scoppa, Ammo Avenue, and Mary Jane.

The Croatian producer has built an international following with his blend of house, bass, and tech influences often referred to as the “matrodasound.” He first gained widespread attention with his remix of SNBRN’s California alongside Chris Lake and has since delivered Beatport chart favorites like Forget It, La Pasion with San Pacho, and Give Me Some Keys, along with remixes for artists including DJ Snake and Martin Garrix.
Richy Ahmed is a British DJ, producer, and label owner who has played a key role in the UK’s house music resurgence. Known for sets that draw from house, techno, and disco, he’s a regular at top clubs and festivals including DC-10 Ibiza, Panorama Bar, Space Miami, Glastonbury, and Tomorrowland.
A founding member and A&R at Hot Creations, he has helped shape the label while supporting a new generation of artists. Since his breakout track The Drums in 2013, he’s released on FFRR, Strictly Rhythm, Crosstown Rebels, Truesoul, and Play It Say It, alongside remixes for New Order, Groove Armada, and London Grammar.
He also runs his imprint Four Thirty Two, and with over 15 years behind him, remains known for his sharp selections and strong connection with the dance floor.
Hailing from Rosario, Argentina, Nacho Scoppa has built a growing international presence with tours across Europe and South America. He’s brought his sound to standout venues and events including The Warehouse Project, BPM Festival, Thuishaven, and Joy x FLOW Amsterdam.

His productions have landed on respected labels such as elrow Music, Kaluki, Deeperfect, and Sola, earning support from key names including Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, and The Martinez Brothers.
Mary Jane joins the bill as the Miami-based DJ and producer continues building momentum through the city’s underground scene. She’s played respected venues including Floyd, ATV, and Do Not Sit on the Furniture, while expanding her reach across the US, Mexico, Europe, and Canada. Her releases have landed on Maccabi House, the label from Adam Ten and Mita Gami, as well as Diplo’s Higher Ground.

Rounding out the lineup is Ammo Avenue, whose releases on Hot Creations and elrow Music — including Serial Chiller and Cymbal — have become staples in sets worldwide. His productions have earned support from Jamie Jones, Marco Carola, Paco Osuna, and ANOTR, alongside performances at Hï Ibiza, The Warehouse Project, Pacha, BPM Festival, and Ultra events across South America.
Matroda's music has landed on labels such as Insomniac Records, Repopulate Mars, Mad Decent, and UKF, in addition to his own imprint Terminal Underground, while his touring schedule has taken him to major festivals and venues worldwide including EDC Las Vegas, Ultra Europe, Hard Summer, Ushuaïa Ibiza, and Brooklyn Mirage.
The event begins outdoors in the Ruins during the afternoon before moving inside to Knockdown Center’s Main Hall for the late-night program. With a lineup that brings together Matroda, established names like Richy Ahmed, and rising talent like Nacho Scoppa, Mary Jane, and Ammo Avenue, this is one not to miss.
