A special party is coming on April 29th at Amnesia Ibiza. Pyramid opens their season with a one-off Friday show featuring a powerful lineup of tech house legends - kicking off the season of the club's in-house night in style.
Amnesia proudly promotes Pyramid as being a community builder, an event that fights against the order and enjoys all that really matters - the music.
Their mission statement is a bold and touching declaration to the dancefloor, “If you are electronic music lovers or would like to learn to appreciate the music. If you are the type of person that does not settle for minimum standards. If you’d like to live a musical experience full of nuances and escape from precooked musical products. Or if you are simply one of those people that do not follow trends, but do follow sensations. This is your place. Welcome to the Pyramid community.”
Now coming into its third season, the Pyramid concept is a staple in the White Isle’s clubbing calendar, holding an 18-week Sunday slot throughout 2022.
With the first beats of the night sounding off at 7 pm, this 11-hour journey through music will feature the iconic production that only Amnesia can pull off across the club's three rooms, including a Do Not Sleep takeover of the 3rd Dimension room. Always at the forefront of clubbing, Amnesia will use the latest technology, lighting, and decoration to transport every eventgoer into their creative underground world.
In command of the infamous terrace will be Luciano, Marco Faraone, Syreeta, and a special B2B set between Paul Woolford and Richy Ahmed.
The main room will be filled with sounds from Amelie Lens, Ben Klock, Airod, and Luca Donzelli, while East End Dubs, Seb Zito, and Caal will heat up the atmosphere in the 3rd Dimension room.
Swiss-Chilean DJ and producer Luciano has been at the forefront of the underground techno and house realm since the mid-90s. From his free party at Ushuaïa’s beach bar to his Vagabundos residencies at Pacha and Amnesia - he’s no stranger to the White Isle.
Leeds-born Paul Woolford has had a career spanning over two decades, with musical tastes crossing all genres of electronic. Impressively holding down a nine-year residency at Space (now Hï Ibiza), he’s bound to impress on Amnesia’s Terrace alongside Richy Ahmed.
Richy Ahmed has musical influences from disco, funk, techno, and hip hop and has inspired a new wave of British DJs and producers over the past 15 years of his career. An original resident of Paradise at DC10, Richy Ahmed, will bring his unique sound to Pyramid for their summer pre-opening in 2022.
Italian DJ Marco Faraone will be serving up his techno rhythms on the terrace. His productions have graced some of the scene's most respected labels, such as Drumcode and Defected and his own UNCAGE.
Reading and adapting to the crowd is one of Syreeta’s superpowers. After setting the tone on dancefloors worldwide, she will be working her magic on pre-opening party revelers on April 29th, showcasing her love of classic house, techno, and garage.
Belgian electronic music DJ Amelie Lens is a record producer and owner of the Lenske record label. One of Europe's most sought-after techno DJs, we’re looking forward to sampling the awe-inspiring atmospheric sounds she’s become famous for.
Berghain resident and Klockworks label founder Ben Klock is highly regarded for his perfectly paced, stripped-down DJ sets.
Representing the French techno scene is Parisian Airod. Famous for laying down hard-hitting sets across Europe, he was interested in music production from a young age and mixes old-school hard techno with modern production.
Amnesia’s 2014 opening party saw Luca Donzelli take to the decks, engaging the audience in a way only he can. His set is sure to be full of originality, passion, and attention to detail.
Not only a master producer and DJ, East End Dubs runs his own label and engineers for plenty of other artists and record labels. The London producer has made a name for himself with deep and dark house sounds, inspired by London’s underground scene.
Since the mid-90s, Seb Zito has forged his own signature house and techno sound. He has been an integral part of Enzo Siragusa’s Fuse family since the party’s inception and has established himself as one of the UK’s best-loved talents.
A 10-year Amnesia resident and Pyramid regular since the party’s conception, Caal is certainly comfortable taking the club’s crowd through his musical journey.
