Overview

F*** Me I’m Famous is one of the most iconic party brands in the world. After the huge success of the F**k Me I’m Famous mix series that was released on CD each year the party was created by David Guetta, a French DJ and producer, and his then-wife, Cathy Guetta.

They decided to host an exclusive, high-energy party event born out of the island's hedonistic culture and the rise of electronic dance music. They targeted the island's growing club scene and curated line-ups from the artists who appeared on the mix albums that were attracting international attention.

The name F*** Me I’m Famous was designed to capture the wild, carefree spirit of Ibiza, where celebrities, tourists, and locals mingled in a euphoric atmosphere of dance and music.

The first party was held at Pacha in 2003, one of Ibiza's most legendary nightclubs. The event was an instant success, blending David Guetta's signature house music with an extravagant and glamorous vibe. The party quickly became synonymous with Ibiza's nightlife, drawing crowds eager to experience the unique mix of world-famous DJ performances, celebrity appearances, and a high-octane atmosphere.

Over the years, FMIF grew into a global phenomenon with shows in Las Vegas, Miami, Paris, New York, and Dubai, solidifying David Guetta’s reputation as a world-leading DJ and producer. The party became known for its impressive line-ups, featuring some of the biggest names in electronic dance music, and its elaborate productions, which included cutting-edge light shows, special effects, and themed nights.

As Ibiza evolved, so did the party. It moved from Pacha to Ushuaïa, filling the Monday slot - one of the busiest days of the week for the venue with large-scale production, and top-tier guest DJs. Today, F*** Me I’m Famous is not only one of the island’s longest-running events but has grown into a brand that truly represents the pinnacle of Ibiza’s club culture. It continues to attract a diverse and truly international crowd, keeping the nostalgic spirit of the early 2000s alive while embracing the future of electronic music and entertainment.
