Event Recommendation
It’s time to wake up!
Do Not Sleep is back at Amnesia Ibiza for its 5th and final installment before finishing the summer at its sister venue, Cova Santa.
It may seem early to be saying goodbye to an event already, but 2023’s Ibiza season has started with a serious bang, and DNS has been a huge part of that.
On June 14, from 11pm to 6am, you’ll be treated to some of the best tech house and deep tech, brought to you by Ibiza-based agency, Electric Ibiza.
Do Not Sleep’s history on the island is varied, nomadically moving around from venue to venue throughout the years including Vista Club, Space and Sankeys, but since 2018, its seemed to find its home at Amnesia.
For the final Amnesia edition of DNS, Special Request, Ewan McVicar and Kettama will be playing a mammoth B2B2B set, with support from Lithuanian-born, London-raised Ibiza resident, Greta Levska.
Do Not Sleep at Amnesia is famous for its “all killer, no filler” lineups and a passionate following that makes each party truly unforgettable. The brand has stamped its electrifying presence on the global circuit and, from reports so far, made a huge imprint on Ibiza’s 2023 season.
The lineup
Special Request (aka Paul Woolford) impressively held down a nine-year residency at Space (now Hï Ibiza) and is a staple at many of Amnesia’s opening and closing parties. The British DJ and music producer crosses multiple musical genres, from house to techno to speed garage and more.
Scottish DJ Ewan McVicar’s debut single “Tell Me Something Good”, released in 2021, turned heads around the world. It went on to win ’Track of the Year’ for DJ Mag Best of British accompanied by Radio 1’s ‘Electronic Track of the Year’.
Hard-hitting Irish DJ Kettama has won fans across the world with his party-starting, stomping house. As a producer, he owns a self-made label, G-TOWN Records, and has had releases on Homage Records amongst others.
