Entering the summer festival circuit this season,

is a brand-new event by experience creators

. The destination festival hosts an array of electronic artists across the sprawling Taghazout Bay shoreline in Morocco. The African festival welcomes attendees from around the world to immerse themselves in music, nature, food, and adventure. Alongside two days of music, festival-goers can also enjoy excursions and activities like surfing on the famous Moroccan coastline, digging into mouthwatering regional cuisine, admiring art installations, partaking in wellness rituals like yoga, and exploring the world-famous scenery.

The inaugural Otium Festival takes place in Taghazout Bay on June 9-10, 2023, featuring performances from dozens of electronic artists. The lineup matches the alluring, tropical atmosphere with two days of non-stop electronic music in an intimate setting. Headlining Otium’s debut is Italian techno driver

, Zakem, Earth N Days, Da Mike, and more.

The nearly three miles of coastline is a resort enclave, giving attendees a range of options for their stay. Otium has partnered with the

, offering a few different seaside bungalow options. Between festivities, take a dip in the ocean while admiring the Atlas Mountains in the distance, soak up the sun poolside, and explore the area which was once a small fisherman’s village.

Otium Festival is rooted in the meaning of its name. Derived from Latin, Otium describes a leisurely time that involves a person withdrawing from daily obligations to engage in enlightening activities like relaxing, playing, wellness, and eating. It welcomes those who seek a reviving, adventurous escape amongst live music and enchanting nature.

Be a part of something new and experience the unique Moroccan culture at the inaugural Otium Festival.
