Otium Festival

Entering the summer festival circuit this season, Otium Festival is a brand-new event by experience creators Kingdom of Mind. The destination festival hosts an array of electronic artists across the sprawling Taghazout Bay shoreline in Morocco. The African festival welcomes attendees from around the world to immerse themselves in music, nature, food, and adventure. Alongside two days of music, festival-goers can also enjoy excursions and activities like surfing on the famous Moroccan coastline, digging into mouthwatering regional cuisine, admiring art installations, partaking in wellness rituals like yoga, and exploring the world-famous scenery.

The inaugural Otium Festival takes place in Taghazout Bay on June 9-10, 2023, featuring performances from dozens of electronic artists. The lineup matches the alluring, tropical atmosphere with two days of non-stop electronic music in an intimate setting. Headlining Otium’s debut is Italian techno driver Marco Carola, alongside other notable names like Black Circle, Caiiro, Eli Brown, Franky Rizardo, Zakem, Earth N Days, Da Mike, and more.

The nearly three miles of coastline is a resort enclave, giving attendees a range of options for their stay. Otium has partnered with the Radisson Blu Resort, offering a few different seaside bungalow options. Between festivities, take a dip in the ocean while admiring the Atlas Mountains in the distance, soak up the sun poolside, and explore the area which was once a small fisherman’s village.
