Sam Divine with Eskuche, Gavin Gone, & LEFTI

On Friday, May 15, Gray Area welcomes one of house music’s most recognized names to the Rooftop at Superior Ingredients: Sam Divine.

The queen is joined by Russian artist Eskuche, NYC based artist Gavin Gone and LEFTI.

A defining figure in the house scene, Sam Divine built her reputation through years at the forefront of Defected Records, where she rose from working on the Ibiza street team to hosting the label’s internationally broadcast radio show and performing at the world’s most recognized dance floors. Her sets combine deep knowledge of house music with powerful dancefloor energy, making her one of the genre’s most trusted selectors.

Divine has held residencies at legendary Ibiza venues including Pacha, Café Mambo, Amnesia, Eden, and Ushuaïa, sharing stages with house music pioneers such as Frankie Knuckles, Masters At Work, MK, DJ Spen, KiNK, Sandy Rivera, and The Shapeshifters. Her career highlights include recording an Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1, performing a Mixmag Lab NYC session, appearing at London’s Printworks, and playing major festivals and venues across the world.

Beyond the booth, Sam Divine continues to shape the genre through her label work. After years running DVINE Sounds, she recently launched 555, a new imprint focused on forward-thinking house music and the next generation of artists.

Miami-based tech house artist Eskuche joins the lineup, bringing releases on Hot Creations and performances at globally recognized stages like elrow, Desert Hearts, Ministry of Sound, Space Miami, and ARC Music Festival.

Also joining is NYC’s own Gavin Gone, a fast-rising name in house music who started DJing at just 9 years old. By 16, he secured his first residency and has since played alongside artists like Cloonee, Green Velvet, Noizu, and Sosa.

His groove-led sound bridges classic house and modern underground, with releases on SK Records, House Hats, Diggin’ Recs, and Phat Trax, earning support from Jamie Jones, Marco Carola, and John Summit.

We’re excited to welcome Gray Area resident LEFTI to the lineup. The project of Brooklyn-based producer Alex Suarez, LEFTI reflects years of musical growth, with releases on respected labels like Toolroom, Nervous, and Freakin 909. He’s also shared the stage with artists including Wax Motif, Ferreck Dawn, Ben Hemsley, and Eats Everything.

Sam Divine brings her unmistakable sound to Superior Ingredients Rooftop, one of New York’s most iconic open-air dance spaces. With panoramic skyline views, a world-class sound system, and an audience that lives for house music, the setting couldn’t be more fitting. Expect a proper house session from one of the genre’s most experienced DJs.
