Ibiza's Halloween Fiesta: The Night of the Shadows at Club Chinois
Even as summer fades, Ibiza's love for a party never wanes.
As October comes to an end, those left on the White Isle (and those flying in especially for the occasion) don our best outfits, eagerly awaiting the supernatural allure of Halloween. On this island, fancy dress is more than tradition – it's a compulsion, a pre-requisite, a rite of passage into a night of spooky antics.
There are tonnes of Halloween parties on the island this year, but none have been announced as quite as scary as The Night of the Shadows at Club Chinois.
Marina Botafoch's opulent nightclub, Club Chinois, is setting the stage for an event poised to eclipse all others, promising a realm where past elegance meets the present's mystique.
At the helm of the evening is the outstanding Franky Wah, a name echoing across Club Chinois's halls all through 2023 due to his stand-out Sunday night residency.
With timeless tracks like "Cry No More" and "Get Me High" under his belt, Franky is ready to take us on a musical journey into November.
Accompanying him are the formidable Trutopia, and island favourites Manu Gonzalez and Fell Reis.
Located in the heart of Marina Botafoch, Club Chinois encapsulates Ibiza's blend of luxury and top-class nightlife.
An offspring of London’s iconic Park Chinois, the venue, designed by Parisian genius Laleh Assefi, seamlessly integrates 1930s glamor with the spirited charm of Ibiza.
Since opening in 2022, Club Chinois has hosted industry greats, filling its roster with the likes of Ida Engberg, Luciano, Black Coffee, and more, each echoing its ethos of excellence and celebration.
We’re not 100% sure what Club Chinois has up its sleeve for Halloween, but we can guarantee that the 360-degree visuals will be used well throughout the night, the music will be incredible and the crowd will be thirsty for blood. Well, it is Halloween after all!

Franky Wah has rapidly ascended the ranks to become one of the most electrifying names in the dance realm.
Starting his musical journey in a modest shed, Franky's intuitive grasp and combination of emotion and dance floor energy has led to chart-topping releases, earning him endorsements from industry giants like Pete Tong and regular features on Radio 1.
With a foundation in West Coast hip hop and a passion ignited by dance music legends, Franky's dedication has seen him transition from crafting beats in his garden shed to establishing his own label, SHÈN, all while maintaining a commitment to authenticity and longevity in his career.
Trutopia, comprised of brothers Ash and Kris, is a renowned London and Ibiza-based duo known for their electrifying mix of classic, deep, and electro-house music.
Their unique sound has not only been championed by notable figures such as Pete Tong and Jaguar on BBC Radio 1 but has also led to a successful club night, NightMayors, described as London's "biggest house party" by the Ministry of Sound.
With their work gaining traction on powerhouse labels and a notable single “Lights Off” soaring on Beatport's Electronica Chart, Trutopia continues to engage the electronic music scene with their innovative productions and vibrant performances, including a memorable debut at Amnesia Ibiza.
Manu Gonzalez, born and bred on the iconic island of Ibiza, has emerged over recent years as a distinguished DJ, regularly gracing some of the most renowned clubs and festivals globally.
His sound, deeply influenced by his Ibicenco roots, resonates through the electronic music scene, earning him notable residencies in 2023 at venues like Hï Ibiza for Paco Osuna’s Now Here residency, ANTS at Ushuaïa, and Defected at Eden among others.
His authentic sound has led to collaborative projects, such as the "Latin Connection" EP with Morpei, revealing his adept versatility and commitment to delivering compelling music to the dancefloor.
Fell Reis, based in Ibiza, is a renowned DJ and producer, pushing boundaries in the electronic music scene with a focus on music and art over fame.
He recently launched his label, HUE rec., debuting with the track “33 Years Later” which became the official soundtrack for Ushuaia Ibiza's global music campaign.
Besides music, Fell co-founded NYX Agency, managing major Ibiza residencies and utilizing his graphic design skills to aid other artists. Currently, he's eagerly working towards completing his first album, reflecting a new chapter in his evolving musical journey.
