Overview

French DJ and producer HUGEL is set to ignite Ibiza's nightlife with his debut residency, Make The Girls Dance, at the world-renowned Hï Ibiza. Running every Thursday from June 26 to September 18, 2025, this 13-week series promises an electrifying blend of Latin house, Afro house, and global rhythms that have become HUGEL's signature sound.

Originating from Marseille, HUGEL has carved a niche in the electronic music scene with hits like "Morenita," "Andalucia," and "I Adore You." His unique fusion of underground grooves with mainstream appeal has earned him over 1 billion streams and performances at major festivals such as Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, and Burning Man.

The Make The Girls Dance residency mirrors the ethos of HUGEL's record label of the same name, emphasizing quality, timeless music while spotlighting artists from Afro house, Latin house, Afro Latin, and classic house backgrounds. Each Thursday, the Theatre at Hï Ibiza features curated lineups that celebrate movement, rhythm, and unity - including sets from Agents Of Time, Alec Monopoly, AMÉMÉ, Bob Sinclar, Cristoph, Crusy, Eli Brown, Joris Voorn, Kölsch, Layla Benitez, Shimza, THEMBA, Yotto and more.

Complementing the Theatre's energy, the Club Room will host Ukrainian DJ and producer Miss Monique, marking her debut Ibiza residency. Known for her genre-fluid sets spanning progressive house, melodic techno, and trance, Miss Monique will bring her hypnotic sounds to the Club Room every Thursday, offering a contrasting yet harmonious experience to HUGEL's main stage performances.

HUGEL expressed his excitement about the residency, stating:

"I've dreamt of becoming a resident DJ at Hï Ibiza for a long time now; I could always just see how it would work. We've been on the road for a while now with Make The Girls Dance, but now it's time to find a more permanent summer home at Hï. There's no better place to do that than the world's #1 club in my opinion."
